1. Agreement & Booking Contract
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Guest" or "Traveler") and 365 Adventures ("Company", "we", or "us"). By reserving an expedition, purchasing event passes, paying a deposit, or participating in any 365 Adventures tour, you agree to comply with all guidelines herein.
If you make a booking on behalf of other participants, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
2. Pricing, Deposits & Payments
- Price Currency: Prices are displayed in QAR / SAR and converted estimates (USD) for convenience. Charges are settled in the designated booking currency.
- Full Payment & Inclusions: Full payment or agreed advance deposit must be completed to guarantee booking confirmation and reserve expedition slots.
- Inclusions & Exclusions: Each trip page explicitly details inclusions (e.g. guide fees, specialized gear, permits, meals) and exclusions (personal insurance, gratuities, personal gear).
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand travel plans can shift. Standard cancellation timelines are as follows:
100% full refund or free rescheduling to any available future date.
50% refund or 75% credit applied towards a future tour credit voucher.
Non-refundable due to pre-allocated transport, safari vehicles, and guide arrangements.
4. Physical Fitness & Medical Needs
Participants must ensure they meet the physical requirements specified for their selected activity. You must notify 365 Adventures prior to departure regarding any medical conditions, recent surgeries, severe allergies, or mobility considerations.
365 Adventures guides reserve the right to decline or restrict participation if an individual’s physical state or lack of necessary gear poses a safety hazard to themselves or the group.
5. Risk Acknowledgment & Liability
Outdoor expeditions, desert safaris, water sports, and mountain trekking carry inherent natural hazards (including temperature shifts, rough terrain, marine environments, and wildlife).
Guests participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for associated risks. 365 Adventures maintains comprehensive safety equipment and certified lead guides, but shall not be held liable for personal injury, loss, or property damage resulting from failure to adhere to guide safety instructions or reckless behavior.
6. Weather & Force Majeure
In the event of severe weather warnings (e.g. sandstorms, excessive gale force winds, heavy rain, or marine advisories) or governmental closures beyond our control, 365 Adventures reserves the right to modify the route, delay departure, or cancel the expedition for traveler protection.
In cases where an expedition is cancelled by the Company due to Force Majeure, guests will receive a full refund or option to reschedule with priority booking.
7. Traveler Conduct & Conservation
365 Adventures operates under strict Leave No Trace and cultural respect policies. All travelers must adhere to regional cultural norms and avoid littering or disturbing protected desert ecosystems, marine reserves, or archaeological sites.
8. Photography & Media Release
During expeditions, our media team may capture photos and video footage for promotional, educational, or journal purposes. If you prefer not to appear in public marketing materials, simply inform your lead guide or contact us in advance.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the country of operation.
